Terms and Conditions

1. 25% cheque deposit (non refundable) payable on booking. We will hold the booking for 1 week while we wait for your payment to arrive following your verbal/email booking

2. Balance to be paid by cheque or bank transfer 8 weeks before your holiday starts, cheques made payable please to Ian Chatburn and send to Finca Margarita, Bitem 43510, Tortosa, Tarragona, Spain.                 Details for bank transfer available upon request.

3. We would require you to provide name, address, telephone number (land line and mobile) and email address when booking. We may wish to contact you.

4. It is strongly advised that you provide your own holiday insurance for all members of your party for the entire duration of your stay. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to you, your valuables and possessions that may occur during your holiday.

5. On payment of the balance we will provide confirmation details, directions and any other information that you may require or request.

6. If you arrive on a changeover day, you will not be able to gain entry to the farmhouse until 16:00. If you leave on a changeover day, you will be expected to leave the farmhouse by 10:00. We have to have this time for cleaning,however,with prior arrangement we can be flexible.

7. Please respect the furniture, fittings and equipment within the farmhouse, as we want everybody to enjoy their stay and feel comfortable (including ourselves).

8. Smokers: please don't smoke inside the farmhouse - use the patio. The smell tends to cling to the soft furnishings, and could be quite unpleasant for non-smoking tenants if the rooms have not been ventilated for some time.

9.Your party has full use of the pool at your own risk.The pool terrace has a lockable gate from the patio area,in the interest of safety please keep it locked if there are children in your party.We cannot be held responsible in any way for any accident whatsoever involving the swimming pool during the period of stay.
