Contact and booking Booking Procedures.

 

To book your course :- Check availability.

You can contact us by email or telephone. You will then need to complete the booking form and send it to us along with a signed copy of the "Terms and Conditions" and a "non-refundable deposit" of 25% of total cost to secure the booking.

Also,if possible,a brief outline,maybe a couple of sentences of you and/or your party members artistic background and your aspirations,what you would like to learn and take home with you from the course in general

Please note that bookings taken within 8wks of your arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking. The Finca will be available from 4pm on your day of arrival and on your day of departure guests are required to vacate the property by 10am however,depending on your flight times we will endeavour to be flexible and fit in with your plans.Please confirm when booking.

Payments.

Payments are to be paid by cheque made payable to IAN CHATBURN (clearance ‘can' take up to 18 working days) or Bank Transfer. Our bank details will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking. For payments made by International Bank Transfer, payment details are available upon request (IBAN and swift code)

Balance Payments.

The outstanding balance of your booking is due no later than 8wks (56 days) prior to your arrival. Late payments can result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your holiday, the signatory on the booking must immediately inform us in writing. Your notice of cancellation will become effective when we receive it in writing. The following cancellation charges will be payable: 56 days to 28 days before arrival date, 50% of holiday price. 27 days to 1 day before arrival date, 100% of holiday price.

We would recommend that you and your party purchase travel insurance, in case of an accident or sickness prior to the start of your holiday, which would prevent you from travelling.
